On October 16th, 2019 I moved past “win-lose” scenarios. 

All it took was diving into the depths of emotions that anchored me to my victim and conflict-type energy:

• I was a 23-year-old graduate of my bachelor’s with no alignment to my imagination of what direction I believed my life could possibly look like, so I just blamed my parents, our family restaurant, and past experiences.
• Struggling as a young father of 2(Julius-2, Jamien-2 months) because living to check to check made me question my life. Constantly in conflict with their mother because I thought she lived with no purpose yet really it was me projecting my life onto hers. I thought of committing suicide.
• On average I would get 3 to 4 hours of sleep. Leaving me restless, often daydreaming in highly important moments with family and friends, and deterred from taking opportunities because of the internal stress of facing uncertainty

This led to me having a real conversation with myself.

Introspectively I asked myself: “What do you see? What do you notice? What are you wondering?”

After ruminating on these thoughts as the piles of dishes came to an end here is what I wrote in my phone to look back on 4 years later:

It was at that moment, writing down those notes, that I knew I needed to take action. I wanted more out of my life for something bigger than myself. I realized there was a treasure box at the bottom of my otherworldly imaginative sea of desires–in it was something that could not be humanly imagined yet, by design, it was meant for me. I spent the next 5 years learning everything I could about living intuitively in alignment and the designs of human connection and culture.

You may not be thinking about washing dishes to find your answers to life, but I can assure you that at least one of these is true for you:

• You have a vast imagination, but you are stuck ruminating on making what decision is best. “I’ve always wanted to grow and scale my business but I don’t think anyone will follow me.”
• You sense there’s more out there for your career and life at home, but haven’t made any real commitments to move you forward (except having conversations with others in the same boat as you…which hasn’t done much for you)
• You’ve said Yes to opportunities that you feel conflict about, and now you want to be more aligned in your energy to lead your life and make life-changing decisions for you and those you care about.

It’s possible to access your deepest imagination and find the results you’re aspiring towards. I’ve come to open my eyes to the possibilities. Many years later, after coaching various business cultures and individuals to lead their lives with Energetic strategy and value, I’ve learned that your Energy has limitless potential waiting for you to access it.
